Here are some examples of the work that we do. To help illustrate the range of projects we are able to undertake we have included work from each of the sectors that we serve.
Design and Build Conversion
We recently completed the conversion of an existing bull pen into a studio flat. This was designed as accommodation for the owners father to use when visiting Cambridgeshire and incorporated a mezzanine floor, small kitchen and wet room.
We have worked on various conservation projects with William Miller Architects of Cottenham. One project in Over involved a 17th Century Queen Anne brick house. The owners of this listed building wanted to convert former craft workshops into high tech offices.
The buildings which were to be converted were once part of the yard to the house and therefore were regarded as listed buildings. A sympathetic and modern construction enabled the creation of 3 cellular offices with meeting rooms and kitchen facilities. |
Commercial Maintenance Contracts
Over the past 18 months we have worked with D S Smith Packaging to provide planned and reactive maintenance work.
Insurance
In addition to undertaking regular volume contracts for leading insurance repair networks, we have also carried out a number of tendered contracts of varying sizes.
