Building Maintenance
Edward Thackray Building Limited offers a full maintenance service both in terms of planned and responsive maintenance. We are flexible in our approach and can work either on a schedule of rates or on agreed charge out rates on a time and materials basis.
All work will be carried out by our own men, where possible, who are CSCS qualified and certified as being skilled in their trade.
Our focus is on quality workmanship and to provide reliable service that both delivers and exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Our company has been involved with conservation and restoration work on a number of important listed buildings such as Hengrave Hall and Floriston Hall in Suffolk and Heath Farm on the Sandringham Estate.
