Design & Build
We always suggest that building design work is carried out by architects as their skill can add value to the simplest project, however more and more of our work is carried out directly for customers who engage their own professionals to carry out the design work and then bring us in to do the building.
Involving us early means that we can plan the work well in advance, allocate the labour and order any special materials in advance. A shorter line of communication can lead to a smoother project completed on time and on budget.
For extra comfort there is a standard JCT building contract for the "Homeowner who has not appointed a consultant to oversee the work".
We can also provide a complete
design & build service from start to finish and can furnish you with accurate budgets, arrange for your project to be architecturally designed, obtain the necessary statutory consents, give you a final estimate and then deliver the completed project to your satisfaction.
